PIPES & FITTINGS
For PVC pipes ground calcium carbonate is used for giving high brightness fillerbility. GCC is coated with steric acid which gives good mechanical and optical properties with the required toughness and tensile strength to the pipe.
MOULDINGS & EXTRUSIONS
Since GCC provide high strength, smoothness to external surface , it act as the perfect raw material used in the masterbatch which in turn can be moulded to form desired entity.
MASTER BATCH
GCC is used as a filler in masterbatch which keeps the cost economical and gives a smooth outer surface to it, it can also mix with various additives like pigments, wax etc at high temperature easily which helps in holding the masterbatch together.
